INSURANCE
I am operate on private pay and I am not currently on any insurance panels. If you would like to go through your insurance, you would first pay me directly for services and submit a statement to your insurance company for reimbursement. I will email you a superbill monthly. The superbill is a detailed invoice which includes the procedure coding, diagnosis coding and session dates that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
PAYMENT
Cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
All clients are required to keep a credit card on file with me regardless of payment preference.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
